Life Legacy Funeral Mass for Janie Alvarado (73) of Arlington will be 11:00a.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at St Vincent De Paul Catholic Church in Arlington. Janie passed away October 25, 2013 in Arlington. She was born September 17, 1940 to Felipe and Juanita Rubalcaba Pena in San Angelo, Texas. Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Joe Alvarado Jr of Arlington, sons David Andrew Alvarado and his wife Irene of Arlington, Daniel Anthony Alvarado and his wife Lessie of Grand Prairie, daughter Diane Angelina Alvarado of Grand Prairie, brothers Raul, Pete, Johnny and Joe Pena, sisters Sylvia Reyna, Leticia Pena and Lucy Sanders, grand children Jacquelyn Howell, Armando Ayala Jr., Monica Long, Michael Alvarado, Christina Alvarado, Arianna Hilliard, Marque Kalifa and Erick Kalifa, great-grandchildren Hayden, Ryley, Sawyer, Lucas and Michael. Janie is preceded in death by her parents, brother Daniel Pena and daughter Deborah Castillo.
