Obituary of Kenneth D Hall

Graveside services for Kenneth D. Hall (79) of Richland Hills will be 11:00a.m. Monday, March 2, 2020 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Forest Ridge Funeral Home from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. Kenneth passed away February 19, 2020 in Fort Worth after a battle with lung cancer. He was born August 21, 1940 to William and Florene Hall in Fort Worth. He served active duty in the Navy from 1960-1964 and served in Navy reserves from 1964-1966. Kenneth loved fishing with former coworkers, working in the yard, spending time with family and friends, and was an avid bowler in his younger years. He worked as a switchman at BNSF Railroad for 43 years and retired in 2002. After retiring, he spent most of his time being a dedicated husband and partner to his wife due to her declining health issues prior to her passing in 2017. Kenneth and Charla would have celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary on February 14, 2020. He was a loving and caring dad and grandfather and will be missed deeply by many. Left behind to cherish his memory are his Son Damon Hall and Debbie Anderson of Haltom City, daughter Deidra Hall of Richland Hills an grandchildren Toby and Skylar Hall. Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife Charla Hall and brother Bill Hall.
