Funeral services for Sandra Holyer Richardson (71) of Bedford will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020 at Forest Ridge Funeral Home. Sandra passed away February 13, 2020 in Bedford. She was born May 25, 1948 to Lloyd and Isabelle Holyer in Minneapolis, MN. Sandra impacted many kids during her career as a elementary school teacher in Minnesota and Birdville ISD in Texas. She loved her family selflessly, was always there to lend an ear to anyone, and was a devoted Christ follower. Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Gil Richardson of Bedford, daughter Genesee Emery and husband Casey, sons Scott Richardson and wife Sheri, Mike Richardson and wife Linda, Patrick Richardson and wife Laura and Dan Richardson and wife Debbie, brother Dale Holyer, sister Diane Essendrup and grandchildren Reed, Kinley, Luke, Josh, Anna, Emily, Katie, Tristan, Christina, Christopher, Eric, Noah, Ryan, Matthew, Aaron and numerous great-grandchildren.
