Obituary of Arlie Grant Young Jr.

Arlie Grant Young Jr., 94, of North Richland Hills passed away on November 23, 2019. Arlie was born August 18, 1925 in Hamilton, KS.

Do not be sad, he had a wonderful life. He marked everything off his bucket list and more.

Interment has been canceled. 

Arlie was a proud Army Veteran and Infantry Chief Clerk 502, also receiving; SS M1 Rifle Marksmanship Badge, American Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Medal and World War II Victory Medal.  Arlie played the trumpet and cornet and enjoyed Big Band music.  Arlie loved his sports; golf, hunting, spent hours watching the Ranger games and college football.  Arlie like to use the computer to keep with current events.

Arlie is preceded in death by his father Arlie Grant Young Sr., mother Erma Beaman and sister Jean.

He is survived by his wife Nellie, sons; Alan, Bobby, Max, daughter Stacy, grandsons; Alex, Grant, great grand-daughter, Lizzy, step-children; the DeBerards and Millers.
