Jimmie Lee Cooper, 81, passed away October 11, 2019
Jimmie had two sons, James Nelson and John Cooper. Daughters in law: Jackie Nelson and Sherry Cooper. Jimmie had 3 granddaughters: Katie, Tiffany & Courtney
Jimmie will be missed by her twin sister, Rose Neff and the two children she called “her own” even though born to her twin, Deanna Carter Molsbee & Kent Carter -wife Sandy Carter. Her brother Richard Martin and sister in law, Karen Martin, their children Lisa Hancock, husband Jim and Lori Sanders, husband John. There are countless great nephews, nieces & cousins.
Jimmie was born in Fort Worth, Texas to
James A. & Katie Lee Montgomery on July 14, 1938.
It has been said that she was moving so slow, her twin Rose jumped over and was the first to be born. Jimmie spent most of her life being a loving and active mom with her two boys. She loved to watch and play sports with them. She loved hunting and pretty much anything outdoors. Jimmie worked for Pfizer for over 20 years. Jimmie was known for her quick wit and unfailing humor, even when times were bad. You knew Jimmie had been in a room, because she always left the crowd laughing and smiling. She was beloved by many and will be missed by all.
