Obituary of Corbin Layne Schreiner
Corbin Schreiner was born on August 24, 1995 and passed from this life on June 8, 2019. He was deeply loved by his parents, Rob and Tracy as well as his siblings, Derek and Ciara. He is survived by all of them along with his grandparents Ron and Charlotte Taylor, 6 uncles, 6 aunts, and 19 first cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Carl and Patty Schreiner.
After graduating from Richland High School in 2014, he went on to earn a FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license in 2016 to work on aircraft. He started working at Marcair Aviation when he was 16, progressing from sweeping floors to moving airplanes and helping the mechanic, to ultimately being the licensed mechanic working on aircraft.
Corbin loved music and was a talented musician, able to play nearly any instrument he picked up: piano, saxophone, banjo, harmonica, ukulele, accordion, trombone and even a Native American flute. His music uplifted so many days in the Schreiner household. He loved to ride his motorcycle, from his first bike with a cardboard battery cover to his shiny, powerful Harley. He especially loved riding alongside his best friends.
Corbin was passionate about airplanes, antique cars and his Ford Bronco. He loved the outdoors; fishing, hiking, and camping. Most of all, he loved his family and they loved him.
God blessed this world with 23 1/2 years of time with Corbin Schreiner. He was a light in the lives of his family and friends. His infectious smile brightened the days of everyone who met him. He was passionate, genuine, and kind. His light will be missed.
