Obituary of Monika Margarate Stein

It is with great sadness that the family of Monika M. Stein (75) of Port Richey, FL announces her passing on Monday March 25, 2019 in North Richland Hills, TX.

    Monika will be forever remembered by her children:  Gabriele Care of NRH, TX; Dawn Coulter (Donald) of Pennsylvania; Brian Metzker (Susan) of Pennsylvania; Michael Tate (Cara) of California;  her 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson and her extended family plus many friends including her beloved fur baby “Roxi”.

   She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas A. Stein of Port Richey, FL., (August 22, 2016) formally of Staten-Island; NY.

Monika mostly enjoyed her German heritage and her devoted involvement with the German American society club in Port Richey, Florida and her passion for crafts, mostly crocheting & knitting blankets for family and friends or for whom ever asked!   And let’s not forget about football and her love of the

Tampa Bay Buccaneers!

                                   A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
