Memorial Service will be held Saturday 3pm January 19, 2019 at Forest Ridge Memorial Park Chapel, 8525 Mid Cities Blvd., North Richland Hills, Texas 76182.
Mary Stranova of Colleyville, TX died September 22nd, 2018. Mary was born in New Haven, CT. She is the daughter of the late Thomas and Annette (Paduano) DeMeola, and late sister Lucille Ramadei. Mary served as a registered nurse at the Veterans Administration medical centers in West Haven, CT. and Brockton, MA. Throughout her career, Mary received awards recognizing her compassion and delivery of quality care to the veterans she proudly served. As a mother and spouse, she was incredibly devoted to family. Her friends cherished her loyalty and joyful personality. Mary is survived by her husband Tom, son Thomas (T.J.), her daughter Nicole, daughter and son-in-law Dana and Justin (Bastarache). She is especially missed by her cats Same and Spike, and her dog Sid. Mary is also survived by her brother-in-law, Mark Ramadei, brother and sister-in-law Robert and Romayne Shinnen, nieces Joslyn, Tracy, and Danielle. A memorial service is being planned to celebrate Mary’s memory. In lieu of flowers, please donate to:
