Graveside services for Irene Katherine Williams (84) of Bedford will be 1:15p.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00p.m. Tuesday evening at Forest Ridge Funeral Home Memorial Park Chapel. Irene passed away November 13, 2018 in North Richland Hills. She was born October 9, 1934 to George and Dorothy White Rauner in Bridgeton, New Jersey. Irene Katherine Williams
Married to Herman Williams for 60 years they were Husband and Wife but also Best Friends. On nice days you could see these two friends enjoying each others company on their front porch in Bedford TX
Irene loved to sew, knit blankets, cook and enjoyed talking to her sisters on the phone. Irene will be truly missed by her family, friends and her best friend /Husband Herman. Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Herman Williams of Bedford, son James Hayes and his wife Missy of Hurst, daughters Dolly Elwood and her husband Paul VanZandt of Arlington and Dawn Parker and her husband Bob of Weatherford, brother Anthony Rauner, sisters Sue Zorn, Shirley Watson, Gloria Watson, Nancy Benson and Sandy Acevedo, grandchildren Jimmy Allen, Jerry Allen, Nikki Sharp and James Hayes, great-grandchildren Hayden Allen, Hunter Sharp, Landon Allen, Kinley Allen and Hannah Sharp. Irene is preceded in death by her brothers George and Joe Rauner and sisters Bonnie Bonualas, Dolly Rauner and Peggy Rauner.
