Obituary of Lillian Annette Ewell

 Lillian Annette Palmer-Ewell went home to share Eternity with our Lord and Savior on September 8th 2018.

Annette, as she was called by all who knew her, was born on March 4th, 1935 in Dallas, TX.

She was the eighth child of ten born to her parents Herbert DeForest Palmer and Anna Josephine Jackson-Palmer.

Annette was a homemaker and Loving Wife of Sixty-Three years to her late husband Lloyd Hilton Ewell.

Annette enjoyed spending time with her family and had a soft place in her heart for her grandchildren and great grandchildren who affectionately referred to her as “Grandma” “Me Maw” or “Nana.”

Annette was always there to lend an ear and offer good advice when needed, her wisdom and kindness will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Annette is survived by her Son Michael Ewell of Bedford, Tx.,  Daughter  Renee Mosley of Haslet, Tx., Her Brother Ray Palmer of Arlington, TX.,  And  Sister Rose Ann Palmer-Holt of Houston, TX.

Annette is also survived by her Grandchildren: Layla Hudson, Carrie McClung, Sarah Jones, Michael Palmer, Caitlin Ewell and Mandy Mosley. Great Grandchildren: Austin McClung, Adrianne Mielke, Madison Aaron, Tara Aaron and Douglas Adams, Many  Nieces, Nephews and Loving Friends.

Annette is preceded in death by her Husband Lloyd and Children Harrell McClung, Richard McClung, Robin Ewell and Evette Ewell, her Parents Herbert DeForest Palmer and Anna Josephine Jackson-Palmer and her Siblings: Herbert, Margie, Floyd, Frances, Kenneth, Donna and William.

Annette’s final resting place will be alongside her Beloved Husband Lloyd Hilton Ewell at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, TX.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, September 15, 2pm at Forest Ridge Memorial Park Chapel, 8525 Mid Cities Blvd. North Richland Hills, Texas 76182.

Reception will follow after service at funeral home from 3-5pm.
