Obituary of Gary Loyd Walters
Gary Loyd Walters, 71, of Hurst Texas passed away on June 8th, 2018 in Bedford Texas.
Forest Ridge Funeral Home is handling the cremation arrangements and Gary will be laid to rest next to his wife, Cheryl Walters, at Greenwood Cemetery in Fort Worth. .
Gary was born in Huntington Indiana to Ira D. Walters and Ruth Noemaker on June 16th, 1946. He attended school in Huntington and then entered the Army. Gary served in Germany and later became a printing equipment installer, mechanic and lead service man for several large printing companies before retiring in 2014. In this role he traveled all over the United States and Canada. Gary’s favorite past times since retiring were playing darts and riding his Harley.
Gary is survived by his Brother Ron Walters of Huntington Indiana, His brother Eugene Walters of Medford Kansas, numerous nieces and nephews in Huntington and his two daughters in Kentucky. Gary was preceded in death by his wife of many years, Cheryl Walters and parents Ira D. Walters and Ruth Noemaker.
A memorial ride for Gary is being planned by his friends and details will be given via Facebook.
