Sergio Eduardo Gutierrez, 27, of Fort Worth passed away on May 3, 2018.  Sergio was born September 24, 1990 in Fort Worth Texas.

Visitation will be held prior to service Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.  Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. at Forest Ridge Memorial Park Chapel, 8525 Mid Cities Blvd. North Richland Hills, Texas 76182.

Interment will be held Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 1:00p.m. at Isham Cemetery 7125 John T White Rd. Fort Worth, Texas.
