Weyman Scott Williams

1.22.1963 – 3.9.2018  

Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in Heaven, not built by human hands. 2 Corinthians 5:1 

Weyman Scott Williams, 55 years old, born January 22, 1963 in San Jose California departed this earth peacefully on March 9, 2018. Weyman was an avid huntsman, fisherman, and ultimate craftsman. His family and friends often said there was nothing he could not construct. He always enjoyed working with his hands and didn’t mind getting them dirty. Weyman traveled vastly for work and loved the adventure of exploring new places. He found great joy in being one with nature.  Whether it be bird watching, deer and waterfowl hunting, or fishing on Possum Kingdom Lake or somewhere off the coast Weyman reveled in being active and outdoors. 

Being the caring person he was, Weyman was always quick to offer a helping hand and give his heart to anyone in need. Above all the passions in his life, was Weyman’s love of family and four legged companions. Among his most privileged moments was escorting all three of his daughters down the aisle on their wedding day.  As well as, the time he spent with his four grandchildren. He was, is, and always will be an unforgettable man. Undeniably, the remembrance of his distinctive personality will last us all a lifetime. 

Weyman is preceded in death by his sister, paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. E.W. Williams and maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. F.A. Massie

Weyman is survived by his father and mother; children: Trisha Drury and husband David Drury, Carlyn Hearn and husband Ryan Moeller, Samantha Jivani and husband Shaan Jivani, grandchildren Lucchese Drury and sister Jolene Drury, Emerysn Moeller and brother Maxson Moeller.
