Obituary of George F. Gazelle Sr.

George F. Gazelle Sr. peacefully passed away January 10, 2018 in Grapevine. He was 71.

A memorial service will be held for George at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Memorial Park Chapel, 8525 Mid-Cities Blvd., North Richland Hills.  The family will have a reception hour following the service.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

George was born on January 2, 1947 in Normal, IL to George and Juanita Gazelle. He proudly served in the Army from 1967 to 1970. After his military service he worked as an electrician until he retired in 2010. He married the love of his life, Beverly, on Aug 20, 1969. George was a wonderful loving father to 4 children and beloved Papaw to 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

George was preceded in death by his parents George L. and Juanita Gazelle. He is survived by his wife Beverly, his sons George (Marie), Craig (Jennifer), and his daughters Kathie (Danny) and Lorrie (Josh). George has 1 brother Carl (Nancy), and 2 sisters Anita (Bob) and Ann (Jim).
